Cento tomato puree is made from vine-ripened tomatoes, cooked and strained into a thick, smooth puree with a rich, naturally sweet tomato flavor. It's ready to use straight from the can.
Make Joey's pizza sauce
Combine one 28 oz can of Cento puree with one bag of Joey's Complete Pizza Sauce Spice Mix and 3 cups of cold water. Stir, chill at least an hour, and you have about 6 cups of sauce. No cooking.
