Joey's Complete Pizza Sauce Spice Mix is everything your sauce needs in one bag: herbs, spices, garlic, onion, Romano cheese, and the right balance of salt and sugar. Just add tomato puree and water. No cooking required.

Makes about 6 cups of sauce

1. In a large bowl, combine one bag of mix, one 29 oz can of tomato puree, and 3 cups of cold water.
2. Mix well.
3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Overnight is best.

Enough for several homemade pizzas. Also great as a dipping sauce, on pizza bread, or in pasta.
